NEPC Treatment Update
He just completed 6 cycles of carboplatin+
etoposide
+tecentriq at the beginning of January. Scans completed at the end of January revealed that things were stable. Although the lymph nodes didn't shrink much, they didn’t grow. We were happy with this report.

NEPC Treatment Question
He recently completed 6 cycles of carboplatin+
etoposide
+tecentriq. Recent CT scans completed after his last cycle show the mets are stable with a small amount of improvement. While we are celebrating this news, his oncologist is looking ahead.

Anyone dealing with Small Cell Carcinoma as their prostate cancer?
My Onc (MD Anderson) believes that the progression is indicative of my cancer being small cell carcinoma and perhaps adinacarcinoma My next chemo will be a mix of Carboplatin and
Etoposide
. He is not being very positive at this point.

They are starting tx this week (carboplatin+
etoposide
+ tecentriq). Chemo will be 3 days in a row every 3 weeks with tecentriq (immunotherapy) added in. Has anyone else followed a similar tx plan? How was tx tolerated? How was the response? I am feeling very anxious.

New Chemo Regime
It involves an intensive regime of Cisplatin and
Etoposide
, given on a weekly basis with strong anti nausea drugs. There are claims of high rates of success for patients whose first-line chemo has failed. I find it strange that this has not received more attention. Jenny

Still No Treatment for SCLC
She’s hopefully starting Carboplatin and
etoposide
this week, but now has a cold. It’s all so upsetting and frustrating. Does this chemo even work? Is it going to be hell? Should we just not take it? They’ve let it get so far now 😞

Radiation along with chemo and immunotherapy for SCLC. Are toxicity risks too high?
Hi, my father had been dx with SCLC in January and underwent the cycles of carboplatin+
etoposide
+ tecentriq (immunotherapy) with fairly good response. Now his onco team are planning to do radiation (IGRT) along with carbo+
etoposide
.

3 Years Post Diagnosis.
I was moved onto cisplatin/
etoposide
with 26 Grays of radiation to the prostate (cyberknife). After that failed to slow the progression, I was moved onto cabazitaxel. After even more evidence of progression, I was taken off all medication, with the exception of Zoladex 3-mthly implants.

My husband is now on cisplatin and
etoposide
and his PSA response is slow started 598-549-518 after three rounds. His alk phosphorus and other blood markers dropped significantly though. Is this a good or bad sign?

Hi Everyone , i am new here and Just throwing this out into the universe - and with the help of God someone will be able to advise on their experience of using THC in conjunction with Chemo.Desperate for my Dad. I am not concerned with the legality of the oils.

My cancer has morphed to treatment-emergent small-cell neuroendocrine prostate cancer.
I've recently been through 5 fractions of Cyberknife treatment (maybe more to follow) and my medical oncologist has put me on a new chemo regime of cisplatin and
etoposide
, hoping to get some local control. I have completed the first of four rounds.

Ride to Conquer Cancer - Perth 2018
I did 3 days of chemo (Cisplatin +
Etoposide
) just before the event, but I managed to ride 42km on day1 (out of 100km) and just the last 1km on day2 (the weather was terribly cold and wet and I didn't want to risk getting a chest infection).
