8DP5DT - Spotting blood please help!
Hi everyone, I'm having a bit of a meltdown as we speak. Yesterday I was feeling very hormonal and grumpy, I was cramping quite abit throughout the day and in the evening I noticed a slight smear of brown blood. There didn't seem to be anymore, this morning again very very slight tinge of brown but now

How do we avoid adverse interactions between Thyroid med/s and HRT? And what’s your experience of taking these concurrently?
However, finally today I have been prescribed the bio-identical hormones transdermal Oestrogel (
Estradiol
) 750mcg x2 pumps; and oral Utrogestan 100mg (progesterone) x1 on Days 1 to 25 of 28 day cycle.

Estraderm MX100 patches on IVF
I started on Monday with one patch but today, I have changed it I realised that on the packaging reads "absorption rate: approximately 100 micrograms of
estradiol
in 24 hours" so my concern is if I'm doing well.

Help! I am definitely menopausal. I have ordered some estriol and am wondering if it will interfere with my T4 and T3. Thanks.

High-Dose Transdermal Estradiol as ADT
Tall_Allen: Most of what I've read on tE2 is on castrate resistant patients. How can that be? How does it work at all if they're castrate resistant, meaning that their PSA is rising despite castrate levels of T? Does it delay castrate resistance in castrate sensitive men? ADT author and patient

E2 skyrockets on BAT therapy
After about 3 months on BAT therapy and reading Friedman's book, I thought it might be a good idea to ask my onc to check my
estradiol
(E2) levels. He agreed.

His comments regarding vegetables to avoid when using low dose

Estradiol patches and vegetables to avoid
I am interested in low dose
Estradiol
patches to retain bone density while on ADT but In a video by Snuffy Myers he says that vegetables such as cabbage, kale and broccoli should be avoided as they stimulate the pathway to liver absorption. Did I understand this correctly?

Update on (attempted) ADT via Estrogen Patch
Got my onc to go along with the PATCH protocol (of 4 x 0.1
estradiol
patches, changed 2x weekly), and as it turns out things are not so simple. Yes, T dropped, but not yet to castrate levels. PSA did drop from 160 to 75 (while ALP doubled), but after a month T has gone from 500 down to only 187.

Stump the Oncologist!
I asked if enza prohibited the uptake of E2 (
estradiol
-estrogen) produced by testes and integral in bone strength. He said he did not know. Any takers on an answer for the doctor?

Discussion about self-prescribed lab results
On 4/14/21 they collected samples for Testosterone Serum <3 (264-916), Free Testosterone (direct) = .3 (6.6-18.1), DHEA-Sulfate = 24.2 (30.9-295.6),
Estradiol
= <5.0 (7.6-42.6). All are LOW. LabCorp normal range is in parentheses. 2. On 4/14/21 PSA was 72.6 from Labcorp.

Surgical Menopause - Estradiol gel dose???
Hi all, Anyone who takes
estradiol
gel for menopause, please may I ask how many pumps you apply each day? I had a total hysterectomy a year ago (everything removed including tubes ovaries cervix) which of course meant I started surgical menopause straight away.

TMI Cervical Mucus
So I am currently prepping for my FET, I’m currently taking
estradiol
orally and vaginally. I have a lot of cervical mucus over the past 4/5 days. Has anyone ever experienced this with taking this medication?

Menopause meant I was fitted with a more a coil 8 months ago to help symptoms and now trying HRT
estradiol
