more possibilities after exhausting SOC?: Enzalutamide-resistant castration-resistant prostate cancer: challenges and solutions
The results of a Phase II trial testing this strategy in mCRPC patients after progression on
enzalutamide
have been recently published.29 Nine of the 30 enrolled patients (30%; 95% CI 15%–49%) achieved a .50% PSA reduction, and 21 proceeded to
enzalutamide
rechallenge, with 15 patients (52%; 95% CI 33%

Statin use in advanced PCA with ADT or abiraterone/enzalutamide
"Databases were searched using keywords (abiraterone OR
enzalutamide

Enzalutamide and PSMA
In an attempt to find the best condition for PSMA radioligand therapy in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) patients, we evaluated the effect of oral
enzalutamide
in patients, predominantly having previously progressed on
enzalutamide
treatment.

Increasing PSMA
Hi, I believe I read on here about taking Xtandi or
Enzalutamide
to increase PSMA activity? Does anyone recall something like that? Thanks

Inverse Regulation of DHT Synthesis Enzymes 5α-Reductase Types 1 & 2 by the Androgen Receptor in Prostate Cancer - Endocrinology, April 2017
Furthermore, we showed that the antiandrogens bicalutamide and
enzalutamide
block the AR-mediated regulation of both SRD5A1 and SRD5A2, highlighting an additional mechanism explaining their beneficial effects in patients.

More recently he was on
Enzalutamide
and the Lutetium-177 and then back on Xtandi. He was too ill to handle Docetaxel.

niclosamide - UC Davis Clinical Trial......in edit, what about artemisinin, which works for dogs with bone cancer?
Besides the anti cancer mechanisms you outlined, PDMX1001/niclosamide can resensitize the cancer to abiraterone and
enzalutamide
They have shown in vitro that niclosamide can revert mechanisms in the cancer cells which make the cancer resistant to abi or enza.

BRN4, BRN2, Enzaludimide, and Neuroendrocine Prostate Cancer
This more aggressive cancer is harder to treat, and patients may get a newer, more powerful hormone therapy like
enzalutamide
, which was first approved in 2012 for this recurring prostate cancer.

Advice on upcoming appt.
I'd like your opinions on my thoughts of inquiring about SBRT radiation if I'm a candidate, if not then I was thinking of mono hormone therapy with something like
enzalutamide
or a similar blocker to work synergistically with my alkaline diet and plethora of supplements and other natural/alternative

Dads case, psa climbing on zoladex
We are thinking about Zytiga,
enzalutamide
and darolutamide. 5. Would gene testing be useful at this time for brca? What about a PSMA scan? I’m asking for targeted therapies at this stage like Lu-177, and parp inhibitors. 6. Any other recommendations on best course of action?
