LuPIN-1 trial of Veyonda with Lu-PSMA-617 in mCRPC (Australia) LuPIN-1 is a dose escalation and dose expansion trial of men with mCRPC progressing despite having received docetaxel, cabazitaxel and either abiraterone or enzalutamide.

Just finished my second shot of docetaxel - did ok... My WBC was low on the injection so the Dr added daily injections of Luekine to boost WBC ( I do at home ) --- the combo has taken a pretty hard hit on me. Loss of appetite - taste buds are gone - fatigued.

Based on this study in patients who have progressed on both docetaxel and an androgen signaling–targeted inhibitor, the better option for next-line therapy would be cabazitaxel over the other androgen signaling–targeted inhibitor.

My 82yr old husband’s MO has recommended Docetaxel since Xtandi is failing. PSA is 7 after a high of 4.5 four years ago. I’m concerned his weakened condition will make the chemo intolerable. He has lost 20 pounds recently.

Undergoing ADT hormone therapy once in 3 months...Completed 6 cycles of chemotherapy (docetaxel) with 21 days gap between each cycle. Current PSA is 1.9 Now can't walk properly... feeling that legs r weak...due to pain difficult to sit...Dr suggested spine MRI, waiting for the MRI report.

I made it to 10 cycles of Docetaxel this week. The cumulative effects of the chemo have been tough to live with and now I feel my body needs to rest and recover. How long after chemo did people start feeling 'normal'?

Dx Feb 2019 psa 11.9 Gleason 8, started firmagon, few months later started docetaxel, as soon as I finished my 6th round, my PSA shot up, from a low of 2.5 in late August to 6.9 in November. Starting trial next week, with will start me on Apalutamide, Abiraterone and prednisone.

The Dr. he saw at Cleveland Clinic advised Docetaxel and then Xofigo after that. He advised to discontinue Xtandi right away. His psa 9/19/19 was 16 and Psa drawn last week was 18. He has multiple bone mets.

He received 2 reduced doses of Docetaxel, and got through it, but not without difficulty....alas, all for naught. His local doc (a general oncologist) mentioned testing for MSI.

Hi im currently on Cabazitaxel haveing previosely been on docetaxel and im finding my psa keeps riseing and is now at 350 but for the last 2 years where my prostate has enlargened im haveing to self catheterise myself up to 6 times a day and im on off weeing with blood is anyone else out there haveing

The most interesting aspect of this trial is that a substantial portion of the patients were also treated with docetaxel, and in the analysis of patients who had ADT plus docetaxel plus enzalutamide, there was no additional benefit of the triplet as compared with the doublet of ADT and docetaxel.

I had my last chemo with docetaxel Everything went okay my PSA 1.8 I hope everything will be okay I am little but wiring about my W B C. It is 4.4 now. Other than that I am okay on pain yet I hope god will help me

The hospital my dad will receive treatment (Docetaxel and Ramucirumab) at for stage IV NSCLC does not have cooling caps available. Is there an option to bring and set up your own system each time? Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks!

While on docetaxel, his PSA quadrupled ( from 6 to 24). We saw the urologist today. The oncologist was not very good about it, but had recently attempted to talk about end of life with my dad.

Decided to start docetaxel in Aug with Zometa and Lucrin. After the 4th infusion, it had dropped to 0.217. The LDH was little out of the range 239, Haemoglobin was 13.1 slightly below range and Monocytes 11.2, which was slightly above range. But Onco was not concerned.

Already had many treatments and the cancer seems to be resistant to everything - Lupron (painful joints), 177Lu, 225Ac, docetaxel (anemia), Xtandi for 6 weeks. Just started immunotherapy (Keytruda) yesterday, but what is left?

Had my first shot of docetaxel on Tues, just 5 days ago... Felt pretty good until Friday. Now I feel like I have the flu - sore throat, fatigue, and a headache.
