PT-112 Immunotherapy Trial
From the side effects, it feels like about 10 percent of what chemotherapy felt like to me (
docetaxel
+carboplatin). After a few days of mild nausea after each treatment I mostly feel fatigued and foggy, but I'm still continuing to work.

Father, 55yrs, diagnosed with prostate cancer
Also regarding
docetaxel
cycles , 6 cycles are suggested as standard cycles. He has tolerated chemo very well ,Should I ask applicability for more cycles (perhaps like 9 or 10)?? Please suggest any new treatment more than this for this stage.

Currently, he has been on hormone therapy since the diagnosis and is halfway through
Docetaxel

8 Month Follow up Report from Lu-J591
Underwent
docetaxel
and prostate bed only SRT in 2007. In 2014 my PSA was over 5.0 and went on bicalutamide + dutasteride as alternative ADT. Positive PLNs on PSMA in 2019 led to hemipelvic SRT and 6 months ADT.

When to add Lynparza?
I completed six rounds of chemo (
docetaxel
+ carboplatin) end of February. Bottom line from PSMA Pet scan in late March: some tumors reduced in size/intensity, others stayed the same, no new PCa evident. PSA remains undetectable. I’m on Lupron and Nubeqa.

docetaxel side effects
hello, my dad completed his second (of six) rounds of
docetaxel
last Monday the 31 and starting around Wednesday or Thursday of last week began experiencing severe burning in his feet. He states they are very tender, red, and describes it as feeling like they have been sunburned.

PSA hovering around 1 even after a year on ADT + Enza, should we insist on Triplet Therapy ?
Was wondering if adding
Docetaxel
to the regimen is desirable here ?

An update on Peter Mac and Lu-177
I have now heard from Michael Hoffman at Peter Mac and his response to my request to be considered was as follows: [i]"Our Lu-177 treatment guidelines require that patients have previously received a taxane chemotherapy (e.g.
docetaxel
) as per international guidelines.

A Natural Weapon of War
With impressive clinical and pre-clinical science supporting it, I took this supplement at the therapeutic dose --- two tablets with each meal --- two weeks before and during my chemo with
docetaxel
, six cycles.

I would like to connect with fellow warriors that are HSPC and on Darolutamide to discuss Time to Failure, early detection assays etc...
Are there any HSPC taking it without
docetaxel
. Trying to find data on length before drug failure? I have been on it for 6 months now. I have been interested in early detection strategies for resistance besides PSA which in my opinion is to late.
