Follow up to initial hospital appointment
Have been advised to have a one off injection of

Gigantic
It’s Saturday night, I should be out having fun, but I’m not, far from it. With regards to my mental health I always seem to struggle with the weekends, I’m not sure why this is, it’s probably the onslaught of really awful so called entertainment programmes on TV so therefore I’m left with my own thoughts

“I’ve got this terrible cold coming on He grabs and devours Kicks me in the showers” The Headmaster Ritual – The Smiths
The terrible cold has arrived but strangely enough my tics are having a rest, no more slapping or thumping myself. This cold has brought with it a big black cloud of misery, just hanging over my head. (is it just us Smiths fans who have the monopoly on misery?) I can’t think of anything that might cheer
