finally saw my rhuemmy!

I have posted a q on here reguarding the fibromyalga. she gave me Dekristol (vit D) 20,000units 3 times a week to help with fatigue as I have to avoid the sun all year round as best I can. she give me Duloxetine for the fatigue,pain and mild anti-depressant for fibromyalga.

It's A Start Along The Road To Recovery

I have been prescribed with 60,000iU of Dekristol taken in a single dose, once a week for 12 weeks. In addition I was advised to take phosphorous, magnesium, cod liver oil and vitamin K2 to try to restore my depleted vitamin and mineral store (cheaper over the counter than on prescription).

Guidance after recent GP appointment

I have been on 2mcg of alfacalcidol (one alpha) since the operation and last August was given additional Dekristol to take twice a month to top that up as wasn't enough. All that now seems fine.
