Is this subclinical hyperthyroidism?
I recently had a blood test which showed that my TSH was 0.27mU/L (0.35.5.5) and T4 was 11.3pmol (10-20). I'm waiting to hear back from my doctor, but does this show that there's potentially an issue with my thyroid? This is all new to me so I would appreciate some help, thank you.

Update on Hyperthyroid depression
I have seen an endocrinologist who started me on carbimazole on May 22nd for hyperthyroidism, my levels at that time were TSH, T3 5.3 (3.1-6.8), I am wondering if the levels are dropping too quickly as I feel so depressed but anxious at the same time, very cold feeling inside, bad brain fog, my doctor

Hi, I’ve been on 5mg Carbimazole for nearly 2 years.. When I was first diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism, I also had Atrial Fibrillation, I took medication for this but after approx 12 months and after several ECG including 24 hour ECG, there is no trace of AF, so I came off medication for that and just

I want to understand what happened to me.
I stopped taking levothyroxine for a month because I wasn’t feeling any improvement at all. Then, I went back on it with a high dose of 100 mcg and felt a quick improvement. I had a lot of energy, and the brain fog disappeared. But, this improvement only lasted for 24 hours. I then increased the dose

Malabsorption of drugs?
I am still awaiting a diagnosis of PA, but do suspect I do have it. My stomach pH level was recently 8.1, so very low stomach acid, which is why I am not absorbing/processing B12, iron and folate. I also did a test which showed I have very low diamine oxidase in my gut so have histamine intolerance.

2.5mg Carbimazole a week
Hello everyone. At the moment I'm on 2.5mg of Carbimazole a week, does this low dose is even making any difference? My tsh remains in range so I was wondering if this is the time to stop it? I've been on treatment for a year, I know the longer we stay on treatment the better are the chances for remission

Neutropenia/ low neutrophils
I was diagnosed with Neutropenia in 2017 aged 46. Anyone else with neutropenia and thyroid problems? I'm sure I'm hypothyroid. My blood test kit has turned up today, so I will wait until Monday before doing the test and posting it off. My last thyroid tests are below and Greygoose has advised me

high TSH and high T4
hi, I’d be grateful for your thoughts on this one. I’ve recently had two blood tests, one on 11th April with a TSH of 8 (abnormal) but T4 of 22 (so still just normal but top of the range). Then another blood test 28th June also with higher TSH of 11 and T4 high but normal at 21. I’ve had Hashimotos
