Recent iron results - not sure what to do now
Hi everyone, I've recently had an iron panel (NHS) after 10 weeks of supplementing with 1 then 2 x Three arrows per day, as well as taking cacao liquid (as recommended here) in the hope of increasing my stubbornly low ferritin. However I'm not sure how to read the results so any advice very welcome

I’ve been seeing a private doctor who prescribed t3, she is German and a homeopath as well so she has a different approach, she is not an endocrinologist. my latest test results are based on 50mcg levothyroxine and 15mcg liothyronine taken in one dose. she thinks I need to test reverse t3 as although

Mornings are torture. Racing heart first thing every single morning & exhausted (Hypo)?
Hi and thanks for any help! I am so unsure and worried what is going on. Can these be symptoms of hypo? It’s just I read these are more related to Hyper? but my bloods def are not showing hyper. I wasn’t too bad after I began 50mcg T4, then I increased to 62.5 as 75 felt too big a jump and I’m on

DHEA levels
Hello to all on this fertility journey I'm 47 (maybe too old but I've only had the chance to try late). So my ovarian reserve is low but I still ovulate and had regular periods until I started the IVF journey. Anyway, I was prescribed DHEA (abroad) in the hope to improve my AMH, what it has from 0.02

Increase injections?
I currently self inject once a week - I started about 3 months ago as I was having lots of pins and needles and burning in my hands, arms and feet. GP agreed to 10 weekly injections and I’ve continued with those without mentioning the self injecting. I always had a really strong reaction one or two days

Curious…aside from high in range TSH are these frees pretty euthyroid? These were taken before starting thyroid medication. Negative for both antibodies. I’m coming around to the idea that I’ve been misdiagnosed as thyroid medication makes me feel worse. Off meds my TSH can vary from 8-4 within

Low tsh
Hi I have hashimoto's and have had fluctuating levels for about four years. My last test my tsh was 0.08, but t4 was only 12.4 in a range of 10-18. I would expect my t4 to be higher! T3 wasn't even tested. My b12, vit D and folate are mid range. My Dr wants to reduce my thyroxine from 150/125 alternate

Levothyroxine concerns.
So I’m about to start 50mcg of Levothyroxine as a trial. I have subclinical Hashimotos. My concern is if after taking the thyroxine for 8 weeks if my TSH comes into normal range but I’m still suffering with symptoms, my GP won’t increase the dose. I asked and they confirmed this. I don’t understand

Can I justify Armour?
Without the GP's knowledge (and after advise on here) I came off Armour for a month in order to falsify my results so that the GP would stop getting so upset about my suppressed TSH in the hope that he would continue to treat me with a combination of T4 and Armour which I've been on for 20 years. Had my annual NHS test yesterday- No T3/T4. TSH only checked: 0.87 (0.38 - 5.33) MMH test from last week: TSH: 0.83 (0.27-4.2) t4:17 (12-22) t3: 3.7(3.1-6.8) **Both tests were done as per forum protocol. GP increased my levo to 100mcg at the end of April 2024, but I decided to go low/slow

Help with blood results please
My Daughter has just had some blood results and I would be grateful if you could advise on them. I know I should be able to help having had a TT nearly 20 years ago and I have previously received invaluable help from members. But my cognitive abilities have declined and I cannot even remember how to

Stress and Anxiety
Hello I have been feeling very anxious and stressed last 3 months; I started a new job 6 months ago so lots to learn and very busy, but don’t think it is causing me the heart racing anxiety I have been feeling (which I have never experienced before). I take 75 mg Levothyroxine and was due to do test

CHRONIC INSOMNIA
My last test results from May 2024 below. I’m supplementing iron, folate, vitamin C, vitamin D, b12 injections, selenium, zinc, just started B complex (first time in years). I use melatonin & magnesium glycinate at the elusive bed time. I should be mid to optimal in vitamin levels. In June 2024 I increased
