I'm new here.
After spending Tuesday in the ER & IV
Cardizem
did not convert me, I was admitted to CCU for monitoring & for a Heparin Drip. I finally went back to NSR about 11pm Tuesday night in the hospital. I was released at 9pm Thursday night. My cardio now has insisted I go on Eliquis.

If I do not use
cardizem
/diltiazem I tach at about 180. By taking 120 mgs of diltiazem in the morning and at night I hold at 80 bpm. I have been infusing with 100% pharm grade NAD. I put 1000mgs in a 500ml bag and drip for 3 hours. It is amazing on many levels.

Second Cryo-ablation day 13 post op
Still on the
Cardizem
and the Sotalol and the Eliquis until my June 9th followup when I hope to be weaning off the drugs. Energy is pretty good. Attitude is great. Sleeping well. No chest discomfort or extra fast heart rate. I'm at 70-75 bpm for the most part. Optimistic about my future from afib.

Blood pressure Medication that ends in PRIL to help kidney disease.
I understand that many are prescribed blood pressure medication to help the kidneys such as medication ending with PRIL. Now I have been on the same meds for blood pressure since 2002 called ADIZEM 180MG take one a day and some years down the link they gave me additional ones called Perindopril 2MG.

So now I'm on the drugs which I haven't been on for 20 years when they discovered my wpw at 36 weeks pregnant. I've been given flecainide which I had before and now adizem-sr but on reading the leaflet it

change of meds
I have had atrial fibrillation for 3 years now and have been on bisoprolol all this time. It always made me feel so tired. I have had 4 episodes last year which were awful and ended up in a&E. My cardiologist has just changed my bisoprolol for flecainide and Adizem . I have been taking them for a week

Adizem XL
Hi. I'm a newbie having been diagnosed with a fib/flutter in Nov. I saw my consultant today for the first time today and she's taken me off Bisprolol due to side effects (horrific nightmares) and prescribed Adizem XL. Having looked on line (as we all do these days!) they seem to potentially have worse

Early 40's BP
Hi, I am a bewildered 43 year old with high blood pressure and endometriosis (which is under control) , my BP, however is random and now worrying. Three years ago BP reared it's head again after a gap from meds due to pre eclampsia. This coincided with an emergency bowel resection required due to endo

Was put on
cardizem
, Flecainide and Pradaxa. Flecainide dose was increased following continued AFIB activity. Following a month break from any AFIB event, AFIB came roaring back in early February resulting in another ER visit.

Bisoporol and Adizem - Heart Rate and Palpitations
My AF journey started apparently in or around 2010 at which time I was woken with chest an jaw pain with a pulse rate of around 140BPM and blood pressure that could not really be measured, the episode lasted around 2-3 hours. At this point in time I had been on Bisoporol for around 3-4 years for nothing

Calcium Blockers, Nope don't seem to be working either!
I finally got to see the Cardiologist 3 weeks ago, after waiting 4 months for my first appointment, he agreed that Bisoporol was not agreeing with me so changed my medication to Adizem prolonged release, 180mg once a day. To be truthful I feel no better and having extreme fluctuations to my pulse rate
