Does anyone else mix up repeat requests?
Hi everyone Had major stress at Drs today. Went to pick up repeat prescrption for becotide for daughter to be told she didn't need one yet and I couldn't have one. Problem is both daughters are on same strength becotide inhaler so have just been opening new one for each and not looking at names on box

HELP School not taking Asthma seriously!
Hi after picking my 9 yr old Son up from after school club today he informed he he had a severe asthma attack in the morning at school!!, staggered into the cupboard to get his inhaler then felt so bad dragged the nebuliser out then got help to set it up and use it. It has written in BIG letters to call

starting to stress myself
hello everyone althow iam new to this site iam not new to asthma my son is now 7 and had his first attack at 9 months. after a good few years of learning to deal with his asthma and finding his triggers (and hospital stays ) i now have it under a fair controll althow i belive asthma to be unpredictable

just joined my daughter is being treated my not comfirmed as having asthma due to her age

Not Under Control
Can anyone help ? My daughter Chloe is 5 and suffers from severe asthma ,food allergies and hayfever.I am at my wits end at the moment as her asthma is so poorly controlled. her medication is 10 puffs salbutamol 4 hourly, 5mg salbutamol nebs when required, seretide 50 4 puffs 3 x daily , Atrovent 2 puffs

when will this calm down?!
My youngest daughter, aged 2 has brittle Asthma and is on a multitude of drugs including nebs daily. We are living on our nerves with her and take each day as it comes. Tonight my ELSDEST daughter, aged 4, had a bad Asthma attack! :-( We called the out of hours dr who told us to use our youngest daughters

i have 2 asthmatic sons aged 8 n 5 yrs. i have been told many times on our very regular trips to a n e and childrens wards that i cant overdose them on salbutamol and that a 200puff inhler is same as 1 nebuliser. reading some posts on here i feel what ive been told is way out.
