Advice re: Flu Vaccination and chemotherapy/Avastin
I finished chemo 7 weeks ago, but I'm still having Avastin/(
Bevacizumab
), every 3 weeks, but i'm worried about having the Flu vaccine, (as I've avoided having any vaccinations for 27 years, since I was diagnosed with M.E/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome as I have a lot of other symptoms.

In focus: targeted therapies - PARP inhibitors
Unlike Avastin (which we covered in last week’s post at: https://healthunlocked.com/ovacome/posts/144311014/in-focus-targeted-therapies-
bevacizumab
-avastin?responses=144311215), PARP inhibitors are tablets, so you can take them at home and don’t need to go to hospital for your treatment.

Your comments would be used to inform two NICE submissions, one about making olaparib plus
bevacizumab
available first line (which was studied on the PAOLA trial) and one about making niraparib available first line (which was studied on the PRIMA trial).

Cancer maintenance treatment
For now, doctors said to continue with Keytruda, Zometa, Alimta and they added
Bevacizumab
. Wanted to see if anyone has been on this treatment and what was the outcome.
