Hello, I'm new to this forum. Does anyone have experience of EP0057? With or without olaparib?
It was carboplatin sensitive, and I've now had two rounds of carboplatin (first with paclitaxel and then with doxorubicin), interspersed with
bevacizumab
, then olaparib. Unfortunately, it's back again.

Can stiff joints be treated on Bevacizumab?
Hi I'm
Bevacizumab
for maintenance of stage 4 OC. As the treatment has gone on I have found that the stiffness in my joints has got worse and worse. I'm scheduled to be on this until December.

Good news from ~Anwen Jones today!!
For the first time two ovarian cancer drugs, olaparib (Lynparza®) and
bevacizumab
(Avastin®), are now available in combination. This is an exciting step forward in personalised treatments and comes hot on the heels of the announcement about niraparib in January.

Olaparib & Avastin (bevacizumab) submission to Scottish Medicines Consortium
Hello All, We are preparing a submission for the Scottish Medicines Consortium (SMC) regarding NHS approval of olaparib in combination with avastin. It would be really helpful if any of you who are taking or have taken olaparib in combination with avastin have comments you'd be willing for us to share

Anticancer drug may improve outcome for severe COVID-19 patients.
On average, blood oxygen levels, body temperature and inflammatory markers significantly improved in patients treated with a single dose of
bevacizumab
in addition to standard care. The research is published in Nature Communications.

Neuropathic pain in the limbs and neck
Now I'm on
Bevacizumab
. Next mount will be the last infusion. I have pain in my limbs and neck for months now. Sometimes I don't have the strength to stand on my feet. I can't bend my head to the sides. I attend yoga classes, but there is almost no relief.

Advice re: Flu Vaccination and chemotherapy/Avastin
I finished chemo 7 weeks ago, but I'm still having Avastin/(
Bevacizumab
), every 3 weeks, but i'm worried about having the Flu vaccine, (as I've avoided having any vaccinations for 27 years, since I was diagnosed with M.E/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome as I have a lot of other symptoms.
