Apomorphine pump; does anyone have any experience?
His blood pressure is normal and I understand if we were to consider it he will have to undertake a
Apomorphine
Challenge to estimate his tolerance but otherwise I am much in the dark as to what it entails. Any experience good or bad would be greatly appreciated.

Is anyone familiar with a prescription drug called Kynmobi? (apomorphine HCL) Sublingual film.
My neuro/motion specialist introduced me last week. It's specifically for off time, especially for those on heavy duty C/L products. I must say it's better than the C/L pill for off time he had me on all this time!

How does Apokyn help PD?
I see it's
apomorphine
. I've used
apomorphine
in my veterinary practice for nearly 40 years. It's my drug of choice for poisoning cases. I get it in 5mg tabs. For a dog who ate a large bag of Halloween chocolate kisses I'd press one tab under the upper eyelid.

Anyone currently using apomorphine pumps "full time"?
I am trying to find someone currently using
apomorphine
pump 20+/- hours a day. I started using my on low dosage about 8/10 hours a day, after 2.5 months told to increase 9am to 5am. Between midnight it is set to half dosage until 5am then I can remove it until 9am when it starts up again.

APL-130277 still without FDA Approval: Why?
Apomorphine
is a somewhat strange Dopamine Agonist (non-egoline DA Parky B!) that required subcutaneous injections. It certainly hasn't been a mainline DA prescription in the USA.

Losing hope
I recently had a hosptial trial with
apomorphine
- with out success. I had the first classic PD symptoms a year ago after falling off a ladder. Now 80% of the time i'm a stooped, shuffling, juddering wreck and for much of that 80% i can't move at all.
