I just joined this forum after seeing my mom struggle so much with her PD. Over the years have introduced mucana , a few supplements , exercise etc , but a recent fall has really pushed her back where she is tired, sleepy and can barely walk (she was only walking with the helper before also) . Wish

Poor balance
My main issue is poor balance which does improve with exercise but not to the point to which I want. Mirapex does nothing for it. Do you think adding NADH and or Mucina to my list of supplements would help? Or anything else? Thank you T

fatigue
I have mentioned this before but need some more help with this issue. My husband is on Zandopa and supplements and per a post suggestion, I added Moringa twice a day. I think it's excellent for overall health, however, it's not giving him any energy as others have enjoyed. He naps often...He has used

Fatigue & supplements/vitamins?
Hi all, I've had Fibro for a number of years (although only officially diagnosed earlier this year), since childhood I reckon. For many years the main symptoms were pain-related, but more recently, the biggest problem is the cognitive side of the condition. It's ruining my life at the moment...I'm 23

Had Raynauds for many years , now got numbness and tingling in toes and finger tips. Had bad virus 18 mths ago which made worse. Doc put me
On
Adipine
20mg, helped with "fat" feeling in fingers but numbness/ tingling still comes and goes. Need fine touch for my job so having to give up. Also suffer from Underactive Thyroid , had it checked and it's fine. Feel upset that this will get worse. Anyone had a similar experience?

Feet
I take
Adipine
everyday and know this helps because my feet look dead when I am late with one of the two dose taken. I also have some spongy moist bits on my right foot and my first question is - is this Raynauds or something else?
