Pain on one side of hip and leg

So i rushed to a urologist nearby and he has given some medicines(Etoricoxib Thiocolchicoside and Paracetamol aceclofenac) . After having 3 doses of it he is now felling ok today . Can someone please help from their experience if it is Pain from Bone metastasis or some muscle pain .

Rheumatoid arthritis, pain is back with new symptoms

I tried cortisonic therapy (Prednisone) for two months but without any positive outcome, then I moved onto Aceclofenac tablets, again, no results, and now I’m on Diclofenac (Voltaren) 50 mg.
