Some tips from Sweet's syndrome sufferers.

Nystatin for a sore mouth (used to treat oral thrush).

For mouth ulcers – Hydrocortisone 2.5mg muco-adhesive buccal tablets.

Also salt water rinse several times a day - as often as you can bear it.
