Muscle pain, arthritis and fatigue are symptoms of Sweet's syndrome. Fatigue is not the same as ordinary tiredness.

Thanks for this. Can you point to a study that I can print off and take to my rheumatologist. She keeps telling me that my joint pain and fatigue are not Sweet's and I'm getting so frustrated!

Do you have to have the rash at the same time you have these symptoms?

Hi Skittles,

The fatigue can sometimes precede the rash by a few weeks, but most people will then go on to develop a rash.
