Sweet's syndrome can develop in sun exposed/photo exposed areas.

"Sweet syndrome (SS) is characterized by painful cutaneous nodules and neutrophilic infiltrate in the dermis without vasculitis. SS in photoexposed regions, as reported in our patient, has been described in few patients diagnosed with drug-induced SS and idiopathic SS." onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi...
