"Sweet’s syndrome is characterised by the abrupt appearance of erythematous papules, plaques, or nodules on the skin, along with leucocytosis and, in most cases, fever. Extracutaneous involvement such as hepatitis and encephalitis is unusual but not unlikely. Rheumatoid arthritis is rarely associated with Sweet’s syndrome; it occurs in only 1% of cases of rheumatoid arthritis." bmj.com/content/376/bmj-202...
