- Vaccine-induced Sweet's syndrome (SARS-CoV-2 Pfizer-BioNTech mRNA vaccine) in a 45-year-old woman with no history of SS.
- She had previously received yearly flu injections which were well tolerated.
- Skin lesions developed 24hrs after vaccine injection. Rapid improvement after treatment with prednisone. Negative patch and skin prick test, but intradermal test considered positive in delayed reading (immediate reading had been negative). Patient refused a second vaccination.
