Sweet Syndrome or lupus flare

My right arm including the shoulder feeling very tie and sore but more swealli d is in my wrist and fingers with difficult to move my fingers also I feel scared to broken my fingers every time I move make like crush noise . Difficult to sleep and severe fatigue and nausea

Hi sweethopes,

Arthritis is associated with both Sweet's and lupus, but swelling of the wrist and fingers is more likely to be associated with lupus.
