I had been having "sweet spots" on my legs for about three years before one got so severe that my doctor sent me to a dermatologist. He first treated it as a fungal, then did the biopsy that showed Sweet's. That was a three month process, from his first "fungal" treatment to the biopsy results.

Hi Revin4God,
Three years is a very long time to have persistent SS lesions on your legs. I hope your doctors are reviewing your SS treatment options.
Sometimes, it is possible for SS to be mistaken for fungal infection.
