I'm finding things really difficult at the minute. I'm generally a very active person and I eat as healthy as I can.
This past years been really stressful and as a result my eating and exercising habits slipped. I gained weight.
Ive been trying so hard to get back into a healthy routine and back down to the weight I was but no matter what I do my weight is staying the same and I've started to binge eat again, something I haven't done for years and I thought I had gotten over.
