This exercise is hard – and you need to be very careful if you’re doing the forward part! This is not a neck strengthener, so when you’re going forward your lifting yourself through your torso, there’s little to no weight on your head and neck. If you don’t want to attempt this part, you can just do the rolling back part – or just repeat the seal. More options in the videos below…

As always, if you need to warm-up, do at least The Hundred, maybe all of the previous 30 exercises. Then repeat this exercise 6 times.
