Andrea Maid writes – just to repeat her plea to Joe 😉: “We’ve done our stretches of the front of the body before we get to this exercise, but now there’s a little more at stake. Gone is the luxury of lying down, and my God, we still have to work each side separately.

As always, if you need to warm-up, do at least The Hundred, maybe all of the previous 25 exercises. Then repeat this exercise 3 times on each side.
