Surfing the net and I found an article which emphasised the importance of strength work. It suggested several exercises, including common ones like squats, which we are familiar with on this forum.
I liked the first paragraph of the article and copy it here.

I am going to write a post-it note - ‘muscle is anti-aging’ and put it somewhere prominent!! Perhaps that will motivate me to do some strength exercises every day 😆🏋️♂️
