Did the injury a week ago. Have been doing exercises which dramatically reduced the swelling. Just very confused abt how much I should do. Been able to walk since I did the exercises but it's still quite painful. How much do I do? Info is so conflicting...use I've, don't use I've, exercise, don't exercise, walk, don't walk.... what's a girl supposed to do? 😂😂😂

I would ask your GP, we have no medical knowledge on this forum we are for support rather than medical advice. Good luck and I hope it heals soon.

Thanks. I just wondered if someone had had similar and could shed some light from experience. No worries.
