Is your collar too tight?

Carotid sinus Syncope is a common cause of Syncope in an older person. Sometimes called ‘tight-collar syndrome’, when there is pressure or sudden movement on the part of the major artery supplying blood to the brain, you can faint, often suddenly with no pre-Syncope symptoms.
