CONFIRM Rx Insertable Cardiac Monitor

So, I am 19 years old, and in the last few years, have had a lot of dizzy spells, fainting episodes, painful palpitations, and a fast heart rate. Nearly a year ago, i had the SJM CONFIRM Rx monitor inserted. Getting it in was HORRENDOUS. So painful, even after the local anaesthetic. It also got infected, and i had to go on antibiotics. now, nearly a year after having it in, i can see it sticking out my chest. It also hurts when i touch it. Has anyone else had a similar experience with it? I am dreading it having to be taken out, as getting it in was so painful. It also rarely works. When i try to record with it, it says it cant connect. I went for a follow up for it, as they "needed to adjust the sensitivity", and they figured out that the sensitivity changes depending on what position i am in. It has been super unreliable. I have an appointment for March booked, but I dont know exactly what its about, since it said on the letter its for Pacemakers. I just feel like it isnt in right, and isnt working.

Hi, just following up to find out how everything is going. Did you explain at your appointment in March your concerns?
