Daughter faints with loud music

Hi I’m new to the group and want to know if anyone has any ideas. My daughter is 9 and for over a year has fainted or gone dizzy with ringing in ears and blurred vision when she’s in a room with loud music. Mostly instruments for example in drumming lessons or when she was in a choir with an orchestra. Doctors just done ECG and blood test for anemia. Thank you
