Do you relate the most common reasons people say they can't exercise? Here's some tips from the folks at NIH and you can comment in the replies below.
I have become a true believer in the bennefits of regular exercise over the last 6 mo but there are days I just don’t want to, no particular reason. So I allow myself to have a “ lazy” day once a week if I need to.
I had fallen off the exercise wagon and recently got back on. It felt good, then I sprained my ankle.... oh well , I'll get back on soon. We have to keep pushing!
Ouch, hope it heals quickly.
