Going the distance....

It has recently occurred to me that I am a sprinter ---do a lot and do it quickly. I have come to the realization that I cannot approach my health in the manner. I vow to be the "long distance runner"; staying the course for the duration. My health.

Hi Bernie, that is a very inspirational way to think about your health! Like you say, its not a sprint that gives you the most benefit, its a steady rhythm every day. I'm running my first 5K in a months time and will need to think like that too because the truth is I really don't like to run, but I know I should do it.
