Hi since I have had total knee replacement in both knees. I can't stoop. My knees always hurt. Started WW hoping that will help.

Hi,

Welcome to our group. Others with knee replacements may have the same question. How long ago did you have your knee replacements?

Hi and welcome! I have heard that report from many of my patients. The main thing I recommend is rolling out your muscles like pie crust. There are massage stick rollers like a Tiger Tail or you can use a good old fashioned rolling pin. Roll out the top and underside of your thighs as well as your calves. Roll for a couple minutes on each area. It's best to follow up the rolling with some stretching, do you know some good stretches for your legs?

Not what you're looking for?
