Starrgirl (Great name):
I am thinking that you have fibromyalgia? and knee arthritis. Low impact exercises would probably work well for you: swimming, walking, use an elliptical machine. The key is to keep moving and that movement really does help your joints. Are you heavy? If yes, losing some weight will make a BIG difference cause every extra 10 pounds we carry puts 30-60 !!! pounds of added pressure on our knees!
