Ge60, great to have you with us! Please tell me more about when you experience your knee pain---as that can influence the exercises to do. The reason why exercise is so important is because it strengthens the muscles around our knees and helps absorb the "stress" and "shock" of our activities so those forces are not all felt by our joint surfaces.

Doing the summer I love working in my flower garden it's hard to get up and down sometimes I deal with knee pains, but I also suffer with fibromyalgia so sometimes my pain is all over but even though that I try to move.
