I tried as I also suffer badly from Raynauds & Scleroderma + P.A..H, but no luck. I think that you have to be on benefits, seems that way with everything else. Give it a try though, you might be lucky. Good luck

hi, I was also told you can claim but only if you benefits...really annoys me as when you go to work you pay your taxes but can claim nothing...but good luck with trying...stay warm..x

No, you cannot claim unless on benefits, or a household income of £ 16,00.00 or less,

You might be able to to get a blue card for parking the car. I know that if you have Raynaud's you can buy special shoes without having to pay VAT.
