has any1 ever put a claim in against an employer? i have been told my raynauds poss caused by my last job as machine vibrated thro my hands

No, but that's because I have primary (albeit a particularly vicious bitey variety... it's like acquiring a collie and then realizing you took on far more than you first thought). With secondary however I'd go whole hog for it.

That said I'm not necessarily sure what your employer could have been expected to do about it. Ask the doc if he's willing to write a statement to that effect.

Although very similar, the type you mean against your employer is white finger caused by vibration, machinery, tools etc, raynauds however usually secondary ie scleroderma, crest, by all means go ahead if you hv been told there is a case but I would hv thought that this would be very hard to prove..good luck Hun :)

oops and not on the subject does anyone know how I make my shadow of a profile pic female, I hv got account settings set as female but cannot change pic unless I upload my own :(

No need to upload your own just thief the ones available. Put the above address in the upload box and try that. If that doesn't work, simply save a female shadow (right click, save image as)...then upload the saved image. Just a note but it would be better to get the one from the profile page (by clicking on the picture first) and then using the larger one ^_^

Are you primary or secondary long work history occupational health report if so you have a claim. Try ringing a solicitor who will go through a list if he thinks you have a case no win no fee.good luck inbox for more help .

thanks all....i have bin told by my doc i cud have secondary as i have arthritis in fingers but am waiting to see a Rheumatologist will keep in mind all what you have all said..thanks take care x
