Before Christmas, in answer to someone's question (think it was danacetz (don't think I've spelled that correctly, sorry) I said that I'd been advised to try Thayers dry mouth lozenges as an alternative to Glandosane etc. They are sugar free, diabetic safe, contain no preservatives or animal products. Well, I bought some and when I first put one in my mouth I thought I would have to give the rest away - to me they tasted horrible, but they did help my dry mouth and the effect was longer lasting thanprescription mouth spray. I persevered and am now used to the taste and would definitely recommend them if you want a chemical free alternative. You can buy them on the net - bit expensive if you need to use a lot at about £9 for 100, but very good.
