Not really sure what you mean? I'm possibly having an infusion - so no shelf life?

That is a question that we can't answer. The nurse (or the pharmacy at the hospital) who makes the mixture has to make sure that it has not passed its best before date before giving it to the patient.

i understand that after it has been diluted and made up at the correct strengh for the infusion it only has 24 hour shelf life. It will have an expiry date on the bottle which is put into the drip stand.
