I have had Raynauds for 44 years (since I was 8) though it has never been officially diagnosed by a doctor. My concern what damage the condition is doing to my hands and feet in the long term and what additional problems it could cause me in old age. Also does the menopause have any effect on the condition?

I think that it is time you saw a rheumatologist and get diagnosed properly. I am 83 and had a lot of complications but they never killed me and they are not due to Raynaud's alone but to scleroderma. Good luck.
hi had mine a very long .... go to the doctors, look out for ulcers and ends off fingers and toes going black,i had surgery saved my toe, but looking and more ,, feel for you
