Indian Summer - how long will it last

Its nice to see the sun, for a change and not have to wear a coat.

Anyone else have a nice sunny weather today?

Though the downside is air conditioning in some of the shops - is a nightmare.

Heard on the radio at work the other day, it forecasts snow next month - great isn't.

Hope everyone is ok.

I think the temperatures are continuing to stay high up until the weekend and Monday looks like it might be about 24 as well! I am enjoying the last blast of hot weather before the cold sets in. Hopefully the snow will stay away!!

Hi Bookworm. I know what you mean it is glorious weather but I am having a bad flare right now and would much rather be plunging my hands and feet into ice cold snow- oh what bliss. Ax

I was surprised to read about your "bad flare". I'm curious if you have Raynaud's, why you would want t put your hands in cold water. I ask, because my hands sometimes get very hot as well.

Thanks,

Faith

Hi Faith89 The simple answer is that I don't have Raynauds. I have connective tissue disease and scleroderma. To be honest I am no longer even sure that is what I have got- I was diagnosed with RA now it is CTD and S but who knows. The only thing I do know is that my feet are so swollen I can't get my shoes on and can hardly walk and I'm feeling really really fed up about it.

Im loving this really warm weather!!!!! its just a shame that public places with air conditioning have to ruin it for us! i really think there should be a day where all the shops/restraunts/cinemas/offices etc have to turn it off and all us chilly people can enjoy shopping etc like everybody else.
