This morning felt like been dragged thru a hedge backwards .... Oh, to feel well just for one day, please please please.....
Every morning I feel like I've run a ... - Scleroderma & Ray...
Every morning I feel like I've run a marathon whilst I have been asleep - getting harder and harder to get myself up.....
I know how you feel, and once I do get up then it is about three hours and I am so knackered I want to lie down and sleep again. The weather here has turned lovely and warm and I can't get out to do anything in it! Hope you feel better soon Anteater.
I know this feeling too. I spend some days not even getting dressed and feel that I lose whole days sleeping. Such a shame in this beautiful weather too. I am only 51 and feel at least 81 most days lol good job my gorgeous grandkids come to see me regularly
I am just sooo grateful for a good day to get out and about
Love and warm wishes to all fellow sufferers Suzy xxxx
I feel the same. I quite often have to have a nap during the day - I feel like an old woman, but am only 59. I find it hard to get through the day without a rest and could sleep for England.
I am like you Anteater. I used to have periods of a few months when I felt more human, but these periods have become shorter and shorter. Sometimes I am knackered just washing my hair so I do it last thing at night before I go to bed. Although I need frequent rests I don't let it take over my life. My specialist told me she can help in many ways but she can't do exhaustion. So the only way to deal with it is to remove anything that makes me more tired like anaemia.
Is this due to reynauds? I just thought I was imagining this feeling of tiredness...
I could sleep 20 hrs a day
Ditto ! It's really getting me down - I work part time & do some evening work but it's all feeling too much ... I would love a quick fix I could sleep for hours I always need at least 9 hours ...& would love more but have to get up for work ! I am 39 ! & have CREST. Hope you have a good day today 'anteater'
I treated myself to a new mattress a few weeks ago, which has made a difference. I do spend alot of time in bed. The new mattress wasn't cheap but the pain is not as bad as it used to be. Pain tends to make me more sleepy, though bad Raynauds attacks can have the same effect (I've been told I get it in my brain too)
