SRUK needs your help - we have a few remaining places for the Royal Parks Half Marathon that takes place on 9th October. We only have until 8th August to fill the places and that's where you can help. Do you know anyone that would like to run? Would you like to try it? Can you spread the word amongst your friends, colleagues, family etc?

It's a fantastic event that takes you past some of London’s world-famous landmarks and stunning royal parks, including Hyde Park, Green Park, St James's Park and Kensington Gardens.
