Hi everyone,

Have been living with Crest, with Neuropathy and Sjorgens, The dry mouth seems to be getting worse and i can,t eat much without the aid of water to enable me to swallow . Has anyone got any advise to alleviate the symptoms please ?... Also if anyone lives near St Albans it would be nice to meet up to just talk about the perils of Crest !!

Thanks Cathie xx

Biotene toothpaste and mouthwash help to an extent for me. For nighttime I use xylimelts oracoat which you stick inside your mouth. Mine move around because I’m a tooth grinder, but they help me a lot with the overnight dryness.

Hi Cathy😊🌿🌸🦋

I have severe Sjogrens myself.

My ENT put me on Evoxac. It has made my body produce moisture. Before them I couldn’t cry tears. All I got was severe pain in my dry tear ducts.

I’m across the pond. So I’m not sure if Evoxac is available there. But one capsule every 12 hours works wonders.

I hope this will be available to you too.

Best wishes my friend.
