How do you cope with nausea.. I'm on tramadol for pain, I'm having to take paracetamol and ibuprofen daily to manage headaches. I am really struggling to eat as I'm not hungry but when I do eat I feel sick, I'm managing 2 small meals a day. But only because I know I have to eat. I have been using anti sickness tablets but don't have any left and haven't had them from a doctor for a while so need to wait till next week for an appointment. Any advice for until then would be great on how to cope with nausea, especially when I'm at work.

Hi Bertieb

Sooo sorry you’re suffering with nausea...I do this daily myself even water sets it off.

A renowned doctor (Dr Mehmnet Oz) here in the USA 🇺🇸 taught me a technique that can be done anytime anywhere.

With your palm facing up place your thumb centered 1inch from your wrist and with light pressure make circular motions to massage this pressure point. I usually do about 20 one direction then reverse directions and do 20 again. You can repeat as often as needed.

Ginger tea is good for GI upset as well as peppermint if you can tolerate them.

I hope these tips bring you relief.

I just said a special prayer for you dear. Take care and abundant blessings.

Thankyou, I got sent home from work due to being sick. Really wishing my appointment with my doctor would hurry up.
