Always flare.. Raynauds.. have Raynauds 15 years..it would flare up for 1 to 4 days... recently hospitalized... went into flare that still with me 9 months later.. stress “they” say... any help anywhere??? Use gloves hot water heating pads heavy socks..2 dogs to keep me warm.. will try anything.. thank u thank u

Sorry to hear of your trouble.
Have you tried any medicines? I take calcium channel blockers (1st nifedipine, now amlodipine) and they give me pretty total control of symptoms.
Also I moved 450 miles due south from Scotland to south of England that change in climate from cold &:wet to warm & dry really helped too.
They put me on high blood pressure medicine even though I have low because it helps with blood flow. I almost lost a finger from my Raynaud’s but it is much better now.
I had an Iloprost infusion a couple of years ago when I went into hospital. I have also had a stellate ganglian block to keep the blood flow open to my fingers. I can't take nifedipine.
