I found taking a prescription for VitD once a week helped. I also have a more relaxed daily schedule by not being employed. I try to diet on foods, teas and probiotics that will clean my gut area. I avoid sugars as much as my hungry side can.🤢 I also try to reserve my energy to do things after my meals so that it serves a dual purpose of activity/movement and helping my body digest. I just recently started surrounding myself with relaxing chillwave radio music, clear peaceful thoughts and deep breathing. I would love to hear what others do.

I found my one of my meds for hypertension giving me brain fog. When I monitored by levels, I found adjusting my intake to one every othe4 day reduced my brain fog and kept my levels to normal. My doctor approved it. I do find myself wanting to cry a times. Sometimes I go with the flow but most times I push to cheer myself. I know it’s hard but please refuse to not find joy in something. You deserve to smile.
