Hi there sorry to hear that you are having problems at work I too use to be sick from working to hard and longer hours. You need to speak to your HR department at your job they should allow you to have more breaks and fewer hour. They may require you to get a letter or something from your doctor stating your condition and why you need these breaks or fewer hours. My job let me have more breaks and they would allow me to work shorter shifts but I had to work at least 5 hours of my shift but it was better because of the extra breaks. I no longer work but that is only because my health got worse my job was really good about everything they even said if I get better they would rehire me. So hopefully your job will do the same for you.

Hope things get better because stress is not good at all even worse when you are sick.

Thank you they are really gud and have offered all the above just messing my hours around now. I’ve been having chest and arm pains for a while now don’t think the stress is helping

I am so sorry to hear that you been sick and in pain I understand how bad that can be. Did the hospital give anything information or tell you follow up with a doctor or give you a good reason why you are in so much pain.

I had tests for further clots and chest X-ray and told to take cocodamol but saw gp who was concerned as to what else it could be as I’m very short of breath at times too, I’ve got to go back nxt wk.

I was in a similar situation and they would not come to the party, so found an office job and love it as no stress at all. Very luck and symptons are controlled finally. Slow right down help. First time I have listened to my body. Keep trying
