Systemic sclerosis and cramp

I have been recently been diagnosed with systemic sclerosis and secondary raynauds but currently am fit and active. However the last couple of weeks I get cramp in either the bottom of thigh muscle at the back near my knee or in my calf at the top near my knee, weather running or swimming. Is this likely to be related ? Or maybe just something different?

Hi there. I think it might be related to our muscles ans having SS!!!! Never used to get cramp, but now I get it badly in many muscles. May be someone will answer us that that has more information facts about it,. Let's hope so. Good to know you are well at moment and hope it stays that way.
